$15,000!!!!
I DID IT! I met my sales goal! Yippee! Yesterday I hit $15,110.00! I feel like a million dollars:)
A few of us went to Ruth Chris's Steakhouse for happy hour and really enjoyed ourselves. 4 glasses of wine and 2 vodka sodas later, I was ready to come home. I kept saying, "I feel like if someone says a word, I am going to puke! I don't know what word yet." I had to laugh when Kevin told me I said that - so typical!

Come Quick & Stay Awhile
I know, I know. I am falling behind on my posts. I have been swamped at work - end of quarter and I am the only one who has yet to hit her sales goal. Imagine that! Trying to slave away so that I can reach my goal - I have four more business days. We shall see how it ends up.
Kevin and I did drive bys last night to look at houses in Rockville. Glad we did, otherwise we would be wasting our time and the realtors time looking at the places. they looked great online and the location seemed perfect but we have come to the conclusion that Kevin HATES Rockville and "would rather die than live in one of those houses!" Talk about being a drama queen. It is so hard because we really have our hearts set on a house in Silver Spring because the location is perfect, it has everything we want in a house, and we could renovate it the way we want but we are unsure of its true condition, i.e. plumbing and foundation. We don't want to buy a lemon so we would have to spend several hundred dollars to pay someone to check it out and then not even know if the bank will accept our offer since it is Bank Owned. Do you understand my stress level now?
Penny Lane is back up to 95%! She is barking, chasing, and playing just like the old days. Her cortisone shot and medicine is really helping her! It is so nice to have our little Penny Lane back.

Spoon
Tonight is the Spoon show! The boyfriend and I got free tickets to this sold out show from a friend of his from the gym! We are so lucky!
Weekend Recap:
Sister and Chad did an amazing job at their marathon and the weather could not have been more beautiful. Penny Lane and Lukie also showed up to cheer them on:)
We may have found our future home! We will be making a decision this week on whether or not we are will put an offer on it. The problem is that it is bank owned and needs A LOT of work! If we put an offer in on it, we just have to sit and wait to see if they approve it - it is a very lengthy process. More information to come...

Why Even Try?
What the Heck FLORIDA? are you serious? one missed free throw would have saved you that game - you deserve to lose. I can't believe i had you in my final four. I will never again support you. YOU ARE LUCKY I AM STILL WANTING TO GO TO DISNEY!
Ok, now that my rantings about Florida losing to BYU, i can know focus on other topics.
Momma will be here tonight around midnight. Hooray! I am so excited for her arrival.
I skipped the Shred last night so I could get back on a morning schedule. I woke up this morning (struggling) and did my work out. I think I am ready for Phase 2, at least try it out for a day or so. I can feel that I am getting stronger - I can now do push ups. hooray!
I am such a lucky gal! The boyfriend took me out to breakfast this morning at the pancake house. boy, what it yummy! I had two scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, turkey sausage links, and french toast. I ate it all! It was so delicious.

Happy St. Patrick's Day
Happy St. Patrick's Day! I didn't forget to wear my GREEN. Did you?
*Sigh* today has been a long day. I am in such a funk today - hard to explain.
I am patiently awaiting mother's arrival tomorrow evening. She doesn't even arrive in Baltimore until 11:30pm but I am already anxious. I can only imagine what tomorrow will be like. Tom Petty said it right when he said, "The Waiting is the hardest part...."
The Shred Workout is getting a tad easier. I say easier only because I made it through the 25 minutes last night without resting. Hooray! I think by tomorrow I will be ready to try Phase 2. We shall see - I am very intimidated.

Bad Girls
Woo hoo! The Bad Girls Club Reunion is on tonight. The boyfriend and I have been counting down the hours - i realize how sad it is that we are so excited for a trash reality tv show but it is so GOOD!
I am on Day 5 of shred today. I realize that Day 5 doesn't add up from me starting exactly a week ago today but I had to skip a few days for good reason. let me explain....
I tried to do Shred Day #3 last Thursday evening but our DVD player pooped out which meant no work out.
I had to skip Day #5 and Day #6 because I was in Indiana and Louisville for Miss Meg Newton's Bridal shower and bachelorette party - too many festivities packed in one in a half short days.
I have not yet noticed any changes to my body but I am not expecting too much after this weekend - too much eating, drinking, and skipping the video. Maybe I will have better luck next week - half way through I plan on posting pics of changes.

SHRED!
After reading the Wedding Bee Blog last Friday, I was convinced that Jillian Michael's "30 Day Shred" workout video would do wonders for my body. Afer seeing a ton of before and after photographs and reading the bridal buzz on the video, I had to ordered it! So, last Friday, the boyfriend and I order the workout video from Amazon and had it rushed delivered. 
Lucky for me, it was waiting on the end table when I got home from work last night. I woke up early this morning, popped in the video, and followed her instructions very closely. I did not have the three pound hand weights needed for the workout so I did without and it was still so challenging.
The brides on Wedding Bee were talking about how after the first day, they were so sore that they couldn't move, cough, laugh, or even smile for three days. I am not feeling sore yet - that either means it is going to hit me tomorrow or that I didn't do something right.
I am going to try and take my measurements and pictures to document the 30 days! Stay tuned for the results...

The Babies LOVE Ice Cream
As we were cruising the frozen food aisle at the local Giant, I spotted with my little brown eye DOGGIE ICE CREAM! I thought it would be the perfect treat for the babies because they have been little angels lately and Penny Lane is sick, AGAIN! Needless to say, we purchased them and I let them each have one last night. They were so cute scooting them around the living room - it kept everyone entertained for a good 30 minutes.
I am Beautiful!
I have been feeling really down and out lately and I blamed it on my hair - I felt that it was boring and brown! So, I made a change. I feel like a new woman!

The Baby Fix...
This is the little girl in the morning - she won't get up, even when I am making the bed. So what often happens is that I make her up in the bed! (:
If you are tired of playing "where's waldo?" and are thinking to yourself "Where is she?" - LOOK IN THE FLORAL SQUARE in between the two BLUE ones.
This is a picture I took this morning before I went to work. The little girl was being very productive of her brother when I started picking at his pimples and black heads on his little rat tail - yes, i know it is disgusting. But to me, it is more disgusting to leave black heads on a body!!!!!

Friday Night Fun
It isn't fun unless it is challenging! :)
That is exactly what happened tonight. me with a bottle of wine. the boyfriend with a few beers. ground turkey, garlic, soy, terriyaki, onion, crackers, an egg, my favorite couple salt & pepper, lettuce, tomatoes, and ketchup. All of this = home made TURKEY BURGERS. and believe it or not, they were DE-LIC-IOUS!

Taco Tuesday and the Usual Suspects
Sowwy for the lack of updates - I have been swamped at work and busy having a social life:)
Guess what today is.... TACO TUESDAY! HOOORAY!
I had a fabulous weekend! On Friday, the sales team started drinking at 3 in the afternoon. We were playing drinking games in the conference room, which means by 6pm, we were feeling great! The boyfriend picked me up that evening and took me to dinner at Sushi and then we went to Ri Ra (Irish Pub in Bethesda) to listen to live music. Saturday was errands day and then the boyfriend and I went to downtown DC with friends to bowl at Lucky Strike. With a 4 hour wait, they were not allowing us in so we went to Clyde's for dinner and drinks. I had the most AMAZING Thai Turkey Burger - YUMMY! I am craving it again!
Sunday we went house shopping - talk about stressful! We found one house we ADORED but they were looking for an offer that evening and we don't feel we have seen enough to commit, not to mention the fact that our current house isn't even on the market yet. Yikes!
As you can see, my weekend was packed, which means no time to blog. Yesterday FLEW BY! I wish i could say the same for today...
