*Sigh* today has been a long day. I am in such a funk today - hard to explain.
I am patiently awaiting mother's arrival tomorrow evening. She doesn't even arrive in Baltimore until 11:30pm but I am already anxious. I can only imagine what tomorrow will be like. Tom Petty said it right when he said, "The Waiting is the hardest part...."
The Shred Workout is getting a tad easier. I say easier only because I made it through the 25 minutes last night without resting. Hooray! I think by tomorrow I will be ready to try Phase 2. We shall see - I am very intimidated.
